We had a wonderful stay at Viva in Trakai. The view of the castle and lake was absolutely breathtaking. The vintage style of the restaurant added a special touch, and the blacksmithing elements in the garden were charming. Despite it being off-season, the service was excellent and the breakfast menu was delicious. We particularly loved the pancakes, and the location of the guest house was perfect - away from the busy tourist streets but still within walking distance. we highly recommend Viva for a memorable stay in Trakai.

The hotel is situated in a stunning location, right by the lake with a gorgeous view of the castle. It's a perfect spot for a romantic stay, with rooms that are well-appointed and tastefully decorated. Some rooms even have a view of the castle, which adds an extra charm to the experience. Another great aspect is the breakfast, which is included and can be enjoyed with a historical view of the old Trakai's castle.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The view of the castle was absolutely breathtaking, especially during Christmas time. It felt like being in a fairytale. the location of the hotel was also perfect, right by the lake and surrounded by beautiful nature. It was peaceful and serene, perfect for a relaxing holiday. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even though they had limited English skills. Their enthusiasm and service made up for any language barrier.
One thing we didn't like was the lack of security. People from outside the property were freely wandering in and out to take photos of the amazing view.

The hotel location couldn't have been better for our visit to the junior rowing world championship. We were just a short walk from the finish line and control tower, with stunning views of the lake and castle from our room and terrace. The local restaurants were easily accessible and provided a nice variety of dining options. The housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond despite any language barriers. The chalet with sauna was a highlight, allowing us to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the castle. The private porch area was a great spot to unwind, and the outdoor table was perfect for sunny weather. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a menu to choose from instead of a buffet.
Totally recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a complex with a beautiful view of the lake and the castle. We loved the outdoor tables and seats and the comfort of the room was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed having our own parking space.
We felt disappointed that there was no restaurant menu in the room. We arrived late and didn't know that the hotel had its own restaurant, which we regretted later.
